FAQ's
What is an Artist Proof (AP)?
Artist Proofs are prints made by the artist outside the numbered edition while refining tonality, paper choice, or crop. Each AP may show subtle variations and is offered in a variation of select sizes and are available as large scale commissions.
Editions vs. AP — what’s the difference?
Limited Editions are numbered and capped (e.g., 1/30), signed, and include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Artist Proofs (APs) are not part of the numbered edition and come in small batches. Both are archival fine-art prints.
Shipping & timing

Postcards: ship in 3-5 business days.

AP/Proof Prints: ship in 5-7 business days max (small-batch).

Limited Editions: ship in 10–14 business days max (made to order).

Large Scale & Commissions: timeline set in the proposal.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
What carriers do you use?
Domestic orders typically ship USPS (First Class/Priority) or UPS for larger framed pieces. International orders ship USPS International or UPS Worldwide (rates shown at checkout).
Packaging (so it arrives safe)
Postcards ship in rigid mailers. Unframed prints ship flat or rolled in protective sleeves with corner guards; framed works are boxed with foam edge protection. Every shipment is insured.
Can I arrange Local pickup?
Yes for any purchase that includes an Limited Edition Framed Poster—free local pickup in Carmel / Santa Cruz by appointment. Email cassfmeyers@gmail.com with order number & “Local Pickup” in the subject line and we'll arrange a time/window + refund for shipping costs.
Returns & exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 72 hours and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Donation math — how is the 15% calculated?
For all items in this collection, I donate 15% of the item price (before tax and shipping) to Ventana Wilderness Alliance.

Purchases made Nov 20–Dec 31, 2025 in the Ventana Partner Collection qualify for the 15% donation.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
All Limited Editions include a signed COA noting title, paper, size, edition number, and date.
Framing options
Matte black framing + double matted boards are already included in the LE Series Posters, framing is available for commissions + large scale pieces, framing is not available for APs or post cards but I highly recommend you check Tony's Frame Shop in Carmel BTS should you be interested in framing an AP or postcard with a pro.
