First City CrossFit Competition

COVID challenged many things for us as individuals. As a whole, I feel it challenged our sense of community. Mat and Christian, coaches at First City, were able to set up an entire multi-event day, as organized as a swim meet, all while hosting two other gyms' members.

For this particular community, challenge is embraced and championed.
